Wilcor Pro Construction is a PCAB-licensed general contractor based in Bulacan. We engage in the design, planning and construction of residential houses, commercial buildings, and other construction projects. We accept projects in the following provinces and areas: Bulacan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, and the National Capital Region, but is open to accepting projects in nearby provinces.
Our company started in 1996 as Ironcrete Construction, and started building low- to medium- cost houses in subdivisions such as St. Agatha Homes in Guiguinto, Rockavillage Subdivision in Plaridel, and Tierra de Sta. Maria, all in Bulacan. A few years afterward, our company ventured out into government projects such as roads, drainage systems, school buildings, etc. By the year 2002, the company began engaging in the construction of residential houses and commercial spaces/buildings.
In 2007, the company was renamed Wilcor Pro Construction, and is currently into the construction of residential houses and commercial buildings.
Our proprietor and A.M.O. (Authorized Managing Officer), Engr. Peter Allan L. Leonardo was born on May 30, 1971 and was raised in Pulilan, Bulacan. Engr. Allan Leonardo was graduated from De La Salle University in Taft Ave., Manila, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in July 1991. He took the Civil Engineering Licensure Exam in November of the same year, and became a licensed civil engineer when the results were released in 1992. Before putting up his own construction company in 1996, he first worked for his father’s construction firm, Wilcor Construction, and was assigned in different government projects such as public markets, roads, bridges, dikes, and others.
