About Us
The company, DNA Engineering and Construction was named by its founding owner, Demetrio Navarro Aquino, a Civil Engineer by profession and has a degree of Master in Construction Management. It is a duly registered company with office address at 998 Josefina 3rd Street, Sampaloc, Manila. The company is mainly involved in general building, construction, and engineering works with a Category A by Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB); manned by professional family members and staff, skilled and experienced licensed engineers and architects.
Demetrio N. Aquino graduated in 1980 and passed the Engineering Licensure Examination on the same year. In 1981 up to 1988 he got himself employed with named construction firms where he earned actual skills and experiences that inspired him to make it on his own. With hard work and prayers, he was blessed with plenty.

Our History
DNA Engineering & Construction was established in 1989 in Manila, with the primary purpose to engage, deal and carry-on business in the field of construction with the utmost dedication and commitment to serve to the highest degree of professionalism.
Since that date, DNA has constructed numerous major projects in Manila, Makati, Quezon City, Paranaque, Bulacan, and places in other regions of the country such as Iloilo City, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, Tacloban City, Leyte, Jolo in Sulu, La Trinidad in Benguet, Isabela, Surigao City, Sariaya in Quezon Province, Calatagan in Batangas, and Cagayan de Oro City in Mindanao.
Some of these are related to the building industry and land development, namely high-rise building and beach resort, such as Golden Sunset , Baywatch , FORDJEM Commercial & Residential Building, LUMIER Commercial & Residential Building, 7-Storey Dormitory located at Mandaluyong, Greenhills and Quiapo, respectively. Also, the recently constructed editing/laboratory/office which is owned by two (2) different companies - Opticolors, Inc. and Optima Digital, Inc. The company is also engaged in constructing institutional buildings wherein we were chosen by the Helping Foundation Incorporated (a Non-Government Organization headed by a former First Lady of the Philippines) to be their partner in nation building.
