Engr. Arnelito B. Garcia is a registered Civil Engineer with over 11 years in construction industry. He has experiences on general construction supervision, implementation, monitoring, coordination to all parties involve in the projects and estimation/quantification works. These projects include; Railway Projects, Hi-way/Bridges, Commercial Buildings and High-End Residential Houses. In his jobs, he held positions as Project/Site Engineer, Estimator, Inspector Engineer, Contractor and Consultant. To mention some; the 17Km EDSA MRT3 Project with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. of Japan (Turnkey Contractor) from 1995 to 1997 and with Systra Philippines Inc. of France (General Consultant) from 1997 to 2000. In this Philippine Flagship Project, he was involved in the detailed designs, construction execution and turnover of the completed project. Also employed with Hanjin Engineering and Construction Corporation of South Korea (General Contractor) as Field/Site Supervisor for the 14Km LRT Line 2 Project from 2000 to 2001. He has extensive experience and has been a contractor of different commercial establishments and High- End Residential Houses in exclusive subdivisions in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
In ABGarcia Construction, he is the General Manager and the over all in-charge and responsible in all negotiations, contract arrangements, project developments, create and maintain manpower structure, material selection and procurements. Supervise implement and monitor construction activities, perform inspections and final acceptance of workmanship to ensure that the final result of the project will meet the quality objectives of the company and to the full satisfaction of clients.
